FR//Le quartier d'Anfield se démarque par ses deux stades qui marquent une rupture franche dans le paysage urbain pavillonaire environnant et par sa proximité avec le Stanley Park. L'impact de ces stades est evident, tant par leur caractère monumental que par les activités et les décorations des rues alentours, marquées aux couleurs du rouge du FC Liverpool ou du bleu du Everton. New Anfield stand se veut un contre-projet à l'actuel, qui selon une analyse socio-économique du territoire préliminaire manquait à exprimer tout à fait les aspirations fondamentales du stade anglais contemporain. Parceque le projet s'implante à l'endroit d'anciennes villes. Il se saisit de leur théorème : le programme hôtelier (dans les tours) se superpose à un grand espace public intérieur et contribue à son financement. La tribune côté parc devient la plus haute du stade.  Notre projet est une machine sportive qui s'articule en plusieurs plateaux programmatiques. C'est un pacte gagnant-gagnant entre espaces publiques et privés, à portée international et local.

El impacto de estos estadios es evidente, tanto por su carácter monumental como por las actividades y la decoración de las calles circundantes, marcadas por los colores rojo del FC Liverpool y azul del Everton. New Anfield Stand pretende ser un contraproyecto al actual, que según un análisis socioeconómico preliminar del territorio no lograba expresar plenamente las aspiraciones fundamentales del estadio inglés contemporáneo. Porque el proyecto se implanta en el lugar de antiguas ciudades. Se apropia de su teorema: el programa hotelero (en las torres) se superpone a un gran espacio público interior y contribuye a su financiación. La tribuna del lado del parque se convierte en la más alta del estadio.  Nuestro proyecto es una máquina deportiva que se articula en varias plataformas programáticas. Es un pacto beneficioso para todos, tanto para los espacios públicos como para los privados, a escala internacional y local.

The impact of these stadiums is evident, both in their monumental character and in the activities and decorations of the surrounding streets, marked by the red colors of Liverpool FC and the blue of Everton. New Anfield Stand is intended as a counter-project to the current one, which, according to a preliminary socio-economic analysis of the area, failed to fully express the fundamental aspirations of the contemporary English stadium. Because the project is located on the site of ancient cities, it takes up their theorem: the hotel program (in the towers) is superimposed on a large indoor public space and contributes to its financing. The park-side grandstand becomes the highest in the stadium. Our project is a sports machine that is divided into several programmatic levels. It is a win-win pact between public and private spaces, with both international and local reach.
